Seller will enter only verifiable health information of sire and dam of get listed on Akitasites.net. Seller is responsible for being agent for co-owners or sole owner of listed Akitas approving of listed Akitas prior to listing...

Listings shall only be of Champion Sired and or Whelped Get or by recognized Akita Rescue.

   The listing period for any dog is 30 days. After this period the listing will be removed by Akitasites.net. Akitasites.net shall be held harmless and is in no way responsible for any disputes arising from seller listings on akitasites.net. Although Akitasites.net agrees to provide the web site and manage the maintenance of the web site shall not be liable for any information or loss of written or graphics material posted on the website by the seller..

Any information falsely provided by seller will result in immediate removal of all listings and denial of future listings by seller

Initial contact between buyer and seller will be through Akitasites email. A c.c. of this email will be sent to Akitasites.net. Seller email addresses will not be listed for direct contact..
